Convention

SPCS started celebrating the International Convention every three years since 1996, an event that unites our community members from around the country.

• 1st International Convention organized and hosted by Chicago in July 1996.
• 2nd International Convention organized and hosted by New Jersey in July 1999.
• 3rd International Convention organized and hosted by California in July 2002.
• 4th International Convention (Silver Jubilee Celebration on cruise) organized and hosted by New Jersey in July 2005.
• 5th International Convention organized and hosted by Washington DC in July 2009
• 6th International Convention organized and hosted by Atlanta in July 2012
• 7th International Convention organized and hosted by Texas in July 2015
• 8th International Convention organized and hosted by California in July 2018
• 9th International Convention schedule by North Carolina Chapter July 2023

Through these events and in many other ways, the SPCS has united the Saurashtra Patel community in the United States and has helped to retain the glorious religious and festive heritage of Saurashtra.
