Thank you for allowing me again to serve as President of the SPCS-NJ Chapter for the 2022-2024 term. It is an honor and a privilege to lead this great organization.

I really enjoyed working with our Local Executive Committee (LEC) team for the last two years, and now look forward to learning from enthusiastic young adults who’ve joined the team.

If this is your first time participating in the SPCS-NJ Chapter, it’s nice to meet you and welcome to our family. In 2004, I joined the NJ Chapter as a committee member. Inspired by the California Chapter’s Women Forum, I then started the NJ-Women Forum in 2009 with the help of our beloved female members. Additionally, I’m grateful to have served as a SPCS-NJ Trustee for one term.

I’m especially proud to announce that several young adults have come forward to join our 2022-2024 LEC team. They’ve already shared innovative ideas on how to strengthen our Samaj
community. The senior leaders and I look forward to supporting the youth in leading the next generations to come.

Of course, all of the LEC members should be celebrated for their selfless service as well. Together, we will strive to unify our Samaj while maintaining our rich and beautiful culture.
